  • Irene Newman became the first Dental Hygienist in 1905.
  • Lucy Beaman Hobbs became the first woman in the world to become a licensed dentist in 1866.
  • He most likely daydreamed while working on patients about the novels he would write.  He worked as a dentist who became a best-selling Western author.  130 films were made from his books. He is Zane Grey.
